The INOX chuka is made of high quality stainless steel. Very little maintanence is required.
The Chinese cleaver is unique in its shape, designed to use in a chopping motion, one will find it surprising easy to handle once you get use to it. Its huge blade height is perfect to deal with root vege, and its large surface makes fruit transfer very easy.
