The Sakai Takayuki Shiden has long been considered as one of the unicorn offering amongest Japanese single bevel knives. It features a beautifully crafted Ginsan stainless blade that is polished to a mirror finish. The special Ironwood handle is handcrafted by Master Sugihara of Takayuki, and the knife is presented in a wooden box.
